The palette of sea green, warm gray, white, cream, brass and a hint of dark wood all serve to set the foundation for this light, inviting atmosphere. Functionally, a king bed, and optional convertible chair bed will provide ample space for guests. Many soft edges, and sturdy bases, provide a safer environment for small children when present.
The concept for Natalie and Matt's living room is "photojournalist glamp-out." Playful, adventurous, yet warm, cozy, and seamlessly multifunctional, this space will serve as an integral center of activity for family life. The tone of the space will endeavor to take on the dramatic ambiance of a surprisingly sophisticated mountain-top campsite. The rich warmth of earthy floors, the pale teal of spacious vistas, the abundant layers of lush plant life, and the dramatic influence of high contrast photography, art, and detailed lighting will all take part in creating an environment of adventure and, yet, home.

Sophisticated, yet approachable, and decidedly family friendly, this space utilizes functional new pieces, as well as existing furniture. Ample seating options provide space for the family alone, or when guests come to visit. Hidden storage provides space for young one's toys, without encroaching on a grown-up design sensibility.
This fresh, young company needs a playful, energetic, clean, and definitive space in which to get work done, collaboratively and individually. The space should support focus and purposeful endeavor, while also offering the flexibility and amiable environment which study and experience has shown make for the most effective work spaces. This attitude, packaged in a very specific blue and orange hue, along with complementary white, gray, and hints of warm wood tones, created the foundation for this design.
